Smokey Is Back: Hacksaw Gaming Drops Le Bandit Hold & Win

Hacksaw Gaming has brought back one of its most recognizable troublemakers. Smokey, the cheeky French raccoon bandit, returns in Le Bandit Hold & Win, a new slot built around coins, jackpots, rainbows and plenty of classic casino-style chaos.
The game keeps things simple on the surface. It has a 3×3 reel setup with nine paylines, medium volatility and bets ranging from 0.05 to 400. The highest possible payout reaches 2,500x the player’s bet, giving Smokey’s latest heist some serious upside.
The reels are packed with symbols that fit the character’s wild French adventure. Players can spot baguettes, bear traps, top hats and other familiar items while Smokey looks for another big score. It is playful, a little weird and very much in line with Hacksaw Gaming’s usual style.
The real action comes from the special symbols. Bronze, silver and gold coins can land on the reels and matching sets of three can award prizes based on their multiplier values. Colored casino chips can also appear as jackpot markers. These offer four possible jackpot wins: Mini at 5x, Major at 25x, Mega at 250x and the huge Grand jackpot worth 2,500x.
All jackpot prizes are paid after regular wins and are based on the total bet.
The game also includes two Hold & Win bonus features. The first, called Rainbow Fortune Hold & Win, starts when one Rainbow scatter lands during the base game. Once triggered, the reels only show coins, jackpot markers, clovers, pots of gold and dead symbols.
Players receive three respins, and the counter resets whenever a new active symbol lands. Clover symbols can bring multipliers of up to 20x, while pots of gold collect the value of every coin currently on the reels. That can turn a quiet spin into something much bigger in a hurry.
The second feature is the Rainbow Epic Drop Hold & Win round. It is triggered by a gold Epic Rainbow scatter and works in a similar way, but starts with a full grid of special symbols already in place. Every coin that lands during this feature is worth at least 1x.
With its familiar raccoon rogue, fast-paced bonuses and jackpot potential, Le Bandit Hold & Win gives Smokey another chance to steal the spotlight.
